Interlocks in the News

Advocates for the Ignition Interlock have been pushing for legislation that would require an Ignition Interlock in all motor vehicles, not just those of persons convicted of DUI. The American Beverage institute believes that the hidden agenda behind putting an Interlock in every car is not to eliminate drunk driving, but to end “any” drinking of alcohol before driving.
